Studio Booking Information

 

The following is a breakdown of all the studios for rent at the Beddington Theatre Arts Centre.

Please review our POLICIES prior to making your booking.

CommunityHall

COMMUNITY HALL - $52/hr

175 Person Capacity (125 Dining)

  • Multi-purpose hall with attached prep kitchen*

  • Tables and Chairs are available at no additional cost

  • Approx. 2000 square feet with a 12' ceiling

  • Includes a sound system for basic sound needs

PrepKitchen

PREP KITCHEN*- $22/hr​

  • Rents only in conjunction with a rental of the Community Hall

  • Contains domestic oven/stove, commercial dishwasher, fridge & microwave

  • Kitchen-ware, utensils and small appliances NOT included

STUDIO 1- $32/hr

30 Person Capacity (24 Dining)

  • Approx. 600 square feet located on the second floor (sorry, there is no elevator access

  • 30-person capacity in standing room format comfortably holds 15-20 people for a dance or fitness class. 

  • Outfitted with a sprung floor and a mirrored wall

  • This studio does NOT have windows

  • Suitable for multiple purposes, including rehearsal, dance, fitness, and meetings

  • Tables and Chairs are available at no additional cost

  • Includes a sound system for basic sound needs

  • Includes a large-screen television, perfect for medium-sized meetings 

  • The use of microphones is not permitted in this studio.

STUDIO 2- $32/hr

30 Person Capacity (24 Dining)

  • Approx. 600 square feet located on the second floor (sorry, there is no elevator access

  • 30-person capacity in standing room format comfortably holds 15-20 people for a dance or fitness class

  • Outfitted with a sprung floor and a mirrored wall

  • This studio includes two floor-to-ceiling walls of windows and lots of natural sunlight.

  • Suitable for multiple purposes, including rehearsal, dance, fitness, and meetings

  • Tables and Chairs are available at no additional cost

  • Includes a sound system for basic sound needs

  • The use of microphones is not permitted in this studio

Studio3

STUDIO 3- $42/hr

50 Person Capacity (40 Dining)

  • Approx. 1100 square feet located on the main floor, 12' ceiling

  • 50-person capacity in standing room format comfortably holds 30-40 people for a dance or fitness class

  • Outfitted with a sprung floor and a mirrored wall

  • This studio includes windows and lots of natural sunlight

  • Suitable for multiple purposes, including rehearsal, dance, fitness, and meetings

  • Tables and Chairs are available at no additional cost

  • Includes a sound system for basic sound needs

  • The use of microphones is not permitted in this studio

Studio4

STUDIO 4- $42/hr

50 Person Capacity (40 Dining)

  • Approx. 1100 square feet located on the main floor, 12' ceiling 

  • 50-person capacity in standing room format comfortably holds 30-40 people for a dance or fitness class

  • Outfitted with a sprung floor and a mirrored wall

  • This studio includes windows and lots of natural sunlight

  • Suitable for multiple purposes, including rehearsal, dance, fitness, and meetings

  • Tables and Chairs are available at no additional cost

  • Includes a sound system for basic sound needs

  • The use of microphones is not permitted in this studio

BOARD ROOM- $22/hr

14 Person Capacity

  • Located on the second floor (sorry, there is no elevator access)

  • 14 person capacity

  • Equipped with a large table, chairs

  • Includes a Large Screen TV ideal for small meetings

  • Includes a Piano for small rehearsals and lessons

  • This studio includes windows and lots of natural sunlight

  • Suitable for multiple purposes, including small classes and meetings

  • The use of microphones is not permitted in this studio
